Delilah Rae was born out of the frustrations of our MD, who also owns an Estate Agency.
Having candidate after candidate being chucked at him with no real thought about whether or not they are the ‘Right Fit’ long term for the business.
We pride ourselves on spending time learning about the Business and its Culture – where you’re heading – the VIBE – so to make sure the candidates we place are the ‘Right Fit’, not just a good fit for now.
